Using the Farm’s super-soft spring water as the mother liquid, and under strict quality control, Brazil Enzymes are slowly fermented and aged over time. Twelve tons are produced daily. Each week, 54 tons are shipped from Santos to Japan. A staff of 20 people works at the factory. Their work has earned a reputation for being precise and careful.
November 14, 2007. On that day the mineral water factory was completed. The Farm plans to ship super-soft water with a hardness of 0.8. not only domestically but also to Japan and other countries throughout the world. At present the related preparations are moving ahead. The Governor of Mato Grosso do Sul, Andre Puccinello, and the Mayor of Corguinho, Dalton de Souza, graced the factory’s completion ceremony with their presence. The factory is also expected to help invigorate the local economy.
The plan to cultivate all of the raw materials for Brazil Enzymes on the Farm is also moving forward. At present, about 50 types of fruit and vegetables, including rawmaterials for Brazil Enzymes, are being cultivated on a 50-hectare experimental farm. Only organic fertilizer is used here. It is made by composting ? with an effective microbial community called Azeron-the rind, husk, seeds and other parts of the crops that are grown on this fertile land where no pesticide or chemical fertilizer has ever been used.
